Operating under the name of Marketing Consultancy and Trading, MCT began its business relationship with Belzona Polymerics in 1982. A restructuring was made in 2007 and the name was changed to Molecular Corrosion Technologies, in order to provide a greater reflection of the business.

MCT is an exclusive distributor of METZ range for the UAE. METZ was founded in Melbourne in 1953 and has since that time been a manufacturer of specialist building materials. Its core products were Acid Proofing and Abrasion resistant materials and whilst technologies used have changed remarkably, they now offer a wider range of products including, industrial flooring, acid brick, and tiles, resinous flooring, industrial tile systems, industrial lining and coatings.

MCT promotes and sells a range of UV cured GRP sold under the name SolarTech. The brand is currently undergoing through the process of rebranding where the current brand name SolarTech will be substituted for the name Corrosol in intention to bring the brand name in line with the rest of the company own brands all sold under the CORRO name.
Corroline
Molecular Corrosion Technologies promotes and sells their own brand, Corroline. Its range of products and services includes internal and external pipe and tank listings for the protection of both asset and product from contamination. Products are developed for the use in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Water and Aviation industries.
Application Services Division
MCT’s Application Services Division (ASD) employs and trains industry professional tradespersons and NACE qualified inspectors to install quality protective coating and repair systems; whether it is at the client’s premises, site or in workshop facility. Its trained applicators have the expertise for surface preparation and the application of high-performance coatings to concrete and various grades of steel. All types of coatings are applied by conventional or airless spray, hand application or applicator.
