CCCParex was the first company name of the now well-known CCCDrymix, a well-established dry mix mortar plant located in Dubai Investment Park 2. The facility was established through the joint venture of Parex, France and Corrotech Construction Chemicals. It was fully operational in 2008. In 2014, because of the increasing demand of supplies in the market, Corrotech Construction Chemicals was able to purchase the shares held by the Parex Group and completed full ownership of the factory.
With a short period of time, CCCDrymix has carved a name for itself in its related business through good customer service and outstanding quality products. All products are being tested to ensure product quality and effectiveness before customers receive it.
CCCDrymix, the synonym for innovation, is dedicated to consistently improving their product portfolio through the development of new and high-quality products to meet and exceed the ever-increasing demands of customers. In order to continually meet this demand, CCCDrymix has its own state-of-the-art lab facility for continuous research and development and products testing to make sure they meet their high standard.
The CCCDrymix Plant has the ability to manufacture between 65,000 – 85,000 tons per annum, depending on the product mix. This capacity is only possible through the design of the factory being gravity fed from a 40-meter tower combined with a fully automated computer process that allows for the seamless production of the full range of products.
All raw materials purchase goes through stringent analysis before they go into the production process. CCCDrymix has its own full-fledged laboratory to test and monitor the quality of incoming raw materials as well as finished products to ensure that they are providing a total customer solution to the fullest satisfaction of our customers.
As one of the very few chemical manufacturers in UAE, CCCDrymix is certified to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 10002:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
